I was recording the US open tennis from CBS (5.1, SF Bay area KPIX) . The event ended at 3pm, but I know tennis always goes overtime, so I created a timer event that extended until 4pm .
I was watching the broadcast defferred by about 1/2hr, in order to be able to skip commercials.
The 921 stopped recording at the 3pm mark. There was nothing after it. I missed the end of the 2nd set of Blake / Robredo as a result ! I'm very upset !!!
When I went to the recorded event list, I was in for a shock. See the attached picture. The second part of the recording is -19 minutes and -1198s long ! If I select to view it, the entire 921 hangs, and stops answering any remote commands, including power. The only fix is to unplug it from the wall ... It took me two tries to figure that out. And we all know how long it takes for the 921 to come back up ...
By that time, I had missed the 3rd set of the match as well !!!
