Couldn't find Echo V

Does anyone here know if it is possible to receive Echostar V at 110W in Mexico City (long=19.45 lat=99.42) using a 6 foot offset dish?

I have tried three times without any luck.

Is there anywhere on the Internet a footprint map for this satellite?

Thanks a lot. I took a look at it and my guess is that Echo V footprint must look very much like that of Nimiq's which makes it almost impossible to receive in Mexico City, while people in Canada's Northern Territories can get it with 18 in dishes.
