Locals Blinking Off & On

My Locals are blinking (goes black, then green, sometimes small digital blocks) forabout 5 to 10 seconds. The Audio stays on with no distortion. It is on both TVs and I have seperate wires running to each. Anyone know if there are downlink problems or do I have a LNB going bad. Did this once last week and than cleared up. Anyone have ant suggestions.

Almost sounds like you have a low signal on your local's transponder. Bad weather? I think they are Transponder 18 or 28, check your signal strength.

What receiver model do you have?

I am getting strong signals on both 18 and 28 (95 & 97). Excellent weather and one receiver is a Directv D10 and the other a Sansung S300. The problem is on both receivers.
