Problems with CNBC 355 drop outs

Recently I have been having problems with CNBC 355 (Satellite 101 A, Transponder 2 with a 95 signal). The picture pauses and the sound stops for about 500 milliseconds. Sometimes the picture jumps. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens enough to be annoying. It doesn't seem to happen on other channels I typically watch but I was wondering if other people have seen this on channel 355 or other channels broadcast from this transponder (e.g., 209, 224, 337,242, 256, 265, 278, 325 327, 362 plus others).

I have CNBC on the whole market day. It has not done that to me. Try rebooting receiver by unpluging for 30 seconds and repluging it in.
