The Media Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission denied DirecTV's motion for a stay of a decision granting a must-carry complaint filed by Paxson Communications concerning delivery of its TV stations.

DirecTV wanted the stay pending resolution of its application for review of the earlier must-carry decision. That application for review remains at the FCC.

In January, the FCC granted Paxson’s must-carry complaint against DirecTV, ordering the satellite TV company to carry the broadcaster's stations in question.
