Well...
I had another torrent page on here, but I guess there were too many attachments. So now, this is a test and there will be only be a few of them. Anyway...
Those of you from the Amanda Bynes boards, here's your file. Sorry, file removed see below.

Did Ebert and Roeper give permission to have their material distributed in this manner? I deleted your previous post because it had some material that I know is not permitted to be distributed in such a manner and I suspect the other items also are in violation of copyright ownership.

Well I guess you could make the argument that it's not the actual file, just a bunch of hash codes, or whatever it's called (I think it's called The Pirate Bay defense).
Guess I was just lucky the first post lasted so long.
-A- How can we fix this? Maybe non US carried shows like Corner Gas or Canadian Idol?

Yeah, well I had a bunch of her show torrents posted in another message and it had been up for so long. And here I had the torrent to the review of She's the Man.
Maybe the bandwidth was too much, I had a bunch of page views on it.

The torrent files contained nothing more than hash and checksum information. How that info can be an infringement of copyright is beyond me however this has not been settled in the US courts as yet. If the TV and movie companies can find a court to throw money at to rule in their favor so they can own hash and checksum data it wouldn't surprise me.
-A- Therefore no infringing material was stored on this server, IMO.

But now Sirius faces a challenge: Stern's shows are being pirated on the Internet around the world, available in near-perfect quality, on demand, for free. Fans unable or unwilling to pay for the service have set up a network where someone records Stern's show - four to five hours a day, Monday through Friday - and gets them out in MP3 form on the Internet within hours of each show.
Stern always feared this; for years on terrestrial radio he refused to let stations stream his show. He didn't want to give away his show in markets where he wasn't paid to be on-air.....
While Stern has reportedly said on Sirius that teams of lawyers would go after Internet pirates, Sirius won't comment except to say the company would do everything in its power to defend Stern's copyrighted work.
One site, hearhoward.org, tried this solution: "By viewing this site you acknowledge that you are a Sirius Satellite Radio subscriber and you are downloading these because you missed the show. By downloading these files or viewing this site you indemnify me from any legal prosecution."
Didn't work. By Thursday, the site was down after a cease- and-desist letter from Sirius' attorneys. The angry webmaster posted this rant instead: "Mr. Freedom of Speech himself. Mr. $500,000,000 has ordered me to shut down my PERSONAL Web site that some people stumbled upon . . ." More

If that's all it is then why put it on the internet? Seems a waste of bandwidth, unless of course it can be assembled into something useful. Of course, what it is assembled into is copyrighted material.
