Is there a quickway to change the favorites list while in the guide?

Also, can you set the Channels I receive as the default? I haven't been able to.

I believe the only way is to go Menu, Settings, Favorites.

Sort of. You can't select CIR as a Fav list per se, but you can populate the Custom lists with CIR by selecting the button labeled as such on the Custom Fav list setup screen.

It's a bit misleading but after setting up a "Custom" list, create a "Name" for it then you have to tab over to the list selection and hit "select" and the list choices show and you set yours. Took some poking around and I'm at work so sorry if the description is not clearer.
