A friend is looking at picking up one of the $25.00 new sub deals on sale at RS right now. Does anyone know if these units come with a card or do you have to send for it? Also what is the commitment, if any? Can he just sub to the sports package to qualify as activation (he is only interested in World Cup coverage)?
