Does anyone with an R15 and 50 shows still have issues with it locking up?

My UTV is almost dead and I have to get another DVR. I know that I have 52 series records and can probably trim it down to 46, but i wanted to know if anyone that has the series record full or near full on the R15 has been having any better luck with it. Does it freeze up daily or just run slow? Has anyone that has gotten the R15 from BB or CC had any better luck with them? This is the only thing that is preventing me from getting one at this time, but the clock is ticking fast for my UTV so I don't think i can wait much more.
