I will bet that it will be 61.5 for most East coast cities, and 129 for the rest of the country.

61.5 TP 21 and 23 for chicago, atlanta, boston

NYC should be on a conus tp on 61.5.

LA is on 129.

I wonder if they will move the 3 channels on 148 that are also LA channels to 129. To comply with the one dish solution......
