Watching Denver locals in my office today and they dissappeared.
I know there seemed to be some talk about some switching of satellites today (june 19), could this be why? Or is the uplink from Denver affected by the Colorado fires? Or what?
Anyone have any insight to shed?

The uplink wouldn't be affected by the fires...fires are a long ways away, not to mention that Dish gets the Denver local channels OTA anyway. Probably something going on with the satellites.

Just checked. Can't check the "wing" locals on 148;
the tree grew leaves, and I have to move the dish.
Nancy, that's a nice-looking avatar. If you're not married yet
(not to worry; I am, happily), and you're looking, that pic might cause some favorable attention 'round heah.

If that is really a picture of a forum member and not some super model then I need to arrange a trip to Wyoming. Seriosuly Nancy we are giving you grief but at least it is flattering grief. Nice avatar.
As of 2:00 PST, I have the Denver stations here in Spokane.

The Denver locals did come back. I was just wondering since there was some notice that there would be changes today (Some channels go away if the subscriber doesn't have a Dish 500). Thought that might have been the case. But now, all seems well.
Thanks for the flattering remarks. I need an avitar of me blushing, too.
