Replacement 942 still has disappearing timers.......

I received my new 942 about 2 weeks ago for a disappearing timer issue. Everything was working OK for a while and then suddenly the timers began disappearing again. Rather than reboot I checked the guide and used the 30 second skip" button. The guide says "no info available" then proceeds to DL. The DL only lasts about 15 seconds though. After that I have full DVR timer functions and guide out to at least 10 days :confused: :confused:

I have it set at default for updates to occur at 3am. I have tried with the unit on and the unit off with no difference. Only way to get it to update is to manually skip forward on the guide.....not very convenient.

I plan the call tech support but in the meantime anyone have any ideas?
