SF/Bay Area Locals

Whoopie.. Installation professionally completed last Monday... Yesterday morning was surprised to find out SF locals no longer required a 8000 number.. 2 is 2, 5 is 5 and so on except for KRON, channel 4 which still remains at 8240. Sure made my life easy with my non-techno wife. I guess the channel 4 switch was an oversite.. Anyone know who to contact to fix this? Also, all I received was the "DishPro Users Guide". Great info but sure would have been nice to receive a copy of something that tells what the different stations are, etc... I guess I am supposed to receive a copy of their Entertain Guide in the mail. How long does this take?

I don't have any idea what happened to KRON, and I suspect you should get your entertainment guide probably in a couple of weeks. Most of us are still waiting on the update to map the local channels to the local numbers.
