Dish 1000 Installation Guide?

Can someone point me to a link for installation info? Particularly basic pointing details and angle/elevation for my zipcode? My installer had a bad day yesterday, and not sure if he's back today or not. I'd like to at least get 110/119 back working for the Christmas weekend.
