More CBS East HD (9483) problems

Well it looks as though the white flashes in the video are gone, but today the audio sync was off all day long. Audio lags video by almost a full second. Hard to watch!

Uplink issue? Network issue? E* issue?

Nope. Reboot doesn't fix it. It's only on 9483 (CBS-E HD)
