D11 vs D10 ??

is the d-11 any better than the d-10 ??

I don't know about better, although I have heard many complaints about the D10 since the last software upgrade.

The D11 is the newest D* receiver. I have two, and they seem to work just fine. They are physically smaller than the D10. They do not have a serial port on them, so if you are interfacing with a separate dvr or tivo, you can only control it with an IR blaster.

Going forward, the D11 is supposedly able to be integrated with the R15 in a multi-room-viewing environment IF D* ever decides to develop and market that. The basic capabilities are in the D11 and R15, just not currently enabled.
