Gemstar must die!!! they are evil!!! How could they think that they could patent a grid!!! Grids have been around forever... (eg... Excel, Visicalc, the ancient Egyptians...) I'd hate to own their stock now...

HALLE-friggin-lujah! At least the courts saw thought GemStar. Hey I thought of a program grid when I was 8 before I ever saw one printed. Everyone is infringing on my idea. Right?

Dish stock was up about $2 after hours (they need to recover more than that). GemStar stock was halted. :D
