Timer crossed with OTA and TBS

Last night, I had a timer set to record an OTA (CBS) from 8-9pm.
In the DVR Timer List, it was listed correctly.
On the EPG, there were red balloons correctly in the CBS OTA 8-9pm, however, there were also red balloons on Dish Channel 260 (TBN) for 8-9pm.
The 8-9pm OTA event recorded normally.

Today, I had the same timer set for tonight's shows, and again, it is listed correctly in the DVR Timer List, and there are red balloons on the EPG correctly showing for the timer, however, there is again, a red balloon on the EPG from 8-9pm on Dish Channel 260 (TBN).

Notes:
-If I change the timer to the Dish Local for CBS, the red balloons do not show up on Channel 260 TBN.
-If I delete the OTA (CBS) 8-9pm timer, the red balloons on the EPG remove from both the CBS OTA and the Dish Channel 260 TBN.
-I have soft & hard booted, and removed & replaced the CBS OTA.
-I have deleted ALL timers and set them again.
Issue still exists.

EDIT: I have now also noticed a timer set to record from 8-9pm on Monday, on OTA NBC puts the red balloons in Dish Channel 261 EWTN

Any ideas?
