PPV Billing

Sometime ago I ordered 2 PPV's, when this months bill came I paid for the one that was on it, but both are still on my receiver, is this normal?

No, it's not. To appear on your bill, the ppv would have had to be uploaded from your receiver to dish. That should have cleared it off of your receiver. John, are you sure this wasn't a 3rd ppv? If not, you'd better start the calling process, otherwise you're going to get hit for paying for it twice...

I called a CSR today and they told me it should be fine, I shouldn't get billed twice for it......I'll keep an eye on it though.
This is the first time it's happened, normally they take it off the receiver then bill me.......:shrug:
