hey everyone this is my first post. i have searched but have not found what im looking for. my problem is that my dish system is set up like this i have 2 500 dishes one with an dish pro LNBF the other with a dish pro plus twin. The single LNBF runs to the Twin and then 2 cables run into two duplexes one cable for each duplex . the duplexes are connected together and then each duplex runs into one of the dual tuner reciver i want to add a 625 dual tuner dvr what would my best bet be conecting my system. I was told that i would need a dishpp 44 switch. I was also told i could trunk 2 Dp 34 switches but that has not worked well. I keep geting an error messege 502  . If any one knows a good way of hooking this mess up i would be very thankfull :)
The DPP44 switch is the correct way for you to hook up three dual tuner receivers.

A dpp44 is really the best solution. To hook it up you want to take the single feed out of the dpptwin and run it into the switch. So you have three lnbf inputs running directly into the switch. Then put the two existing outputs to your rcvrs onto the outputs of the dpp44. Run a third cable for your third rcvr. You can trunk together 2 dp34s, however with this setup, you cannot use the seperators, which means you will need two complete cables running from the switches to each rcvr. Not a good setup.

you will need to get 3 dp dual lnb's and get rid of the dp plus. run one line from each lnb to the dp 44 or 2 dp 34.
with the dp44 you can run one line and use the seperator
behind the receiver. with the dp34 you will have to run 2
lines from the switch to the receiver.

Get rid of the DP Plus what? No need to get rid of the DPP Twin, it can be used to feed the DPP44 as can the DP Twin and separate DP LNBs. There is no DP44.
