Well this was a problem last night... Due to bad guide data (well not really "bad", just misleading")

Stargate Atlantis may not have recorded on your TiVo based DVRs.

Stargate Atlants Season 2 Second Half premiered in CANADA about a month ago.
Well... the "first runs" here on SciFi are flagged with CANADA's dates...

Causing TiVo to not think they are First Runs.
Hopefully you can catch it on a replay...

I guess the R15 recording every episode is not a bad thing after all.

I saw the same thing last night. But additionally, the guide said "Repeat."

It wasn't. It was new. And a fairly decent episode. :)

Might be that way for a few weeks since the US market just got Episode 12, and Canada is up to 17 or so....

I just checked mine for next friday (1-20-06) and the program info does not indicate "repeat". Strange, although this was on my R15.

Edit: just checked my DSR 708 and is ok as well next friday.

The Atlantic Series is shown in Canada on Expressvu a season ahead. The "new" to US episodes were shown last season up in Canada (2004) allready. Thats why they are designated as 2004.

Mine doesnt say repeat but it does indicate 2005.

Well I missed it. I noticed this morning it hadn't recorded, but it did record the season opener. I wonder why there is a problem now?

I just happend to check the daily schedule on my 942 and noticed it was marked out as Not new.

The premier didn't carry Canada's original airing information.

Sorry you guys are finding it difficult to record the show, but definately try and get a copy. These episodes of Atlantis are some of the best thus far.

I wasn't as big of an Atlantis fan compared to the original SG1, but the past 8 episodes (just finished watching ep 18 of the 2nd season) have been outstanding.
