Can you use with PS2/ 625 Receiver/New customer

I just got Dish previous Direct TV subscriber. Can I hook up a PS2 through my DVR I have only 1 set of RCA on My TV and am currently using them to feed the Picture and sound through VID 1. Do I have to disconnect them?
