Anyone can you please get the offical prices for programming and leasing fees for the Vip 622. Also what is the upfront cost. I have called Dish several time today and have gotten several answers. Tried Dish web site no luck. Just look at the various post and pricing is all over the place. If anyone from Dish is reading this please post the right PRICES
