Dish Fees

Am I blind or what. Why is it I cannot find anywhere on Dish's website a place that lists all their fees? I find package prices and statements like a DVR fee may be required depending on the programming package selected (or something like that) but no where can I find something that actually lists all the fees that can or could be accessed and what you need to do to avoid the fee (like having the received hooked up to a phone line, subscribing to this package, etc)

Can anyone please provide a link to this info, if it is available?

Also, is there somewhere that compares all the programming packages together?

I would also look at http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/getDish/disclaimers/dishPVRplans/index.shtml which is the terms and conditions for new customers that will have all the fees updated (The residential agreement doesn't have things like the DVR fee increase).

a lot of the fees are also supplied on your monthly statement
