My first DirectTivo is stuck in the constant power cycling. While my other receiver has an issue where occasionally a program that is recording, or if I rewind live TV, the picture will skip and not have audio. It happened once or twice in the past few months, but now is happening more frequently. I called for both issues today and they replaced the power cycling one and then said, they may as well just replace both. This really sucks.
