Based on past similar new receivers... I wouldn't expect it to significantly drop in price for about a year. Perhaps some small drop in 6 months... but I definately wouldn't expect anything really soon.

Right now they are dealing with high demand for a new product, so until they catch up and surpass that demand... no incentive for them to offer a better deal than they are doing now.
