S-P-S-30-S in version 6.x??

I finally reconnected my phone line to get the 6.2 upgrade. The 30 second skip appears to be gone. Is it not available in version 6.2?

The 30-second skip works just fine in v6.2. Make sure that you're entering it while watching a recorded program, as opposed to live TV.

Part of the 6.2 upgrade requires that the DVR be restarted. You will have to reprogram the 30 second skip, it will remain until the next time the DVR is restarted or until you switch it off.

Mr Furious (and others that replied), thanks for the info. I was trying to program during live TV. Programming while watching a recorded show worked.
