Why doesn't Indemand's Major League Extra Inning package carry the Brewers/Reds game tonight?

In Demand apparently has only allocated a limited number of channels for EI, so on a night like this when there are about 12 games, some don't get carried.

I think there is only 8-10 channel allocated for EI on cable. If there are more games then that in the package on a given night then some games aren't shown. I have no idea what games are chosen and which ones are not.
