Assuming you don't subscribe to an HD package? I think the answer is no but I wanted to make sure. Thanks.

411/VIP211/VIP622 are the ones that have the $6 fee.

the 942/622 both have a $6.00 a month DVR charge.....(a dollar increase from last year)

The 622 ALSO has another OTA tunner enabling fee (not sure of the amouth but I think it is also $6.00) IF you dont have a subscription to a qualified HD pack

The DVR fee is $5.98. The "$6.00" fee is an additional fee charged for leased HD DVR's and HD IRD's when no HD pack is subscribed. I presume this is limited to the ViP series DVR's and IRD's.
