Just a 942?

I do not own a 622, I have a 942. From browsing this forum it seems like the 622 is really just a 942 that can receive mpeg4. It seems to have many of the problems the 942 has... reboots, audio dropouts, lip sync problems etc.
What do you all think?

it's been mentioned that it is simply a 942 with a cosmetic change and a couple small changes I think.

mpeg4 is the biggie. My guess is, the 942 wasn't suppose to come out last year, but the 921 was so bad dish had to rush the 942 to market while they got the mpeg4 part working :)
