I think someone who lives near me has Dish. My TV is changing channels by itself (sometimes by going to the guide first). It has also turned on occasionally. Is there any way to change remote frequencies? I have the 942 and I'm thinking that it's the second tuner that is being used.

Any suggestions?

Yep, Take a look at your manual. There is a whole section about remotes. You are looking for the change UHF remote address section. I can't remember off the top of my head, but it is very easy if you follow the directions.

Press SYSINFO on the front of the receiver.
Note the "Remote Address" listed toward the bottom.
Press and hold the SAT button on the remote until all four top buttons light - then release.
Choose a different address by typing a number and pressing #.
(For example, if your remote address was 1 press 4 # to change it to 4.)
Wait for the three flash acceptance on the remote.
Press REC to send that new code to your receiver.

BTW: You start this process by pressing sysinfo on the receiver so your receiver is changed and not the neighbors. If you don't like the neighbors change their address before you change yours. :)

Now, James. That is just rude. Some poor sap next door is going to be confused and waste some installer's time on a service call.

I did this last week. Found I had to change my IR remote to match. Then found the universal remote did not work with standard code -- had to teach it all actions.

You can also select an "adult" PPV for him by switching your receiver off just before hitting the "yes" button to order it. That would probably really piss his wife off.

'Course I only recommend that if he's a real assh*le.
