Here's the deal...
I am not going to re-hash the last couple days....
A bunch of users, I am not going to single out anyone... headed down a path the does this forum ZERO good.
This particular DirecTV forum area is still in it's infancy... and to a degree needs to be protected from it's own nature.
Some may see the actions Donnie and Me have taken to control some of the threads as "censorship" or "harsh".
Bottom line... Donnie and I moderate this forum (and the other DirecTV forums) in order to foster "good health DISCUSSION"... not some bar/bath room banter.
Some users will not be seen around the forum for a few weeks... a kinda "cooling" off period.
We DON'T want to permantly ban anyone, and we don't like forcing people to "cool off" either.
BUT..... We (Donnie, Myself, and the others Mods and Admins) want this place to grow and be respected as one of the premier locations for DirecTV DISCUSSION
So... with that said....
Enough with the personal level attacks... Generalizations... ect.
Please use the "Report Post Link" or PM me and Donnie... We will try to "Moderate" as best we can.
We are both fair people... and if we make a mistake (which we do)... We will try to rectify it as best as we can (aka, the reopening of the "Class Action" thread).
So... I am off to go soak my fingers in some Palmolive... it has been a long typing day.
