CSR roulette

I was just wondering when you call in and start setting up an account but it doesn't get acivated do they have the info in their system still. If I call back and try for another CSR and start giving them my info will it show my previous call?

WHy wouldnt you complete the setup on the first call? They should still have teh info you started with, but it all depends on where you stopped in the process, and why you stopped the process...

I didnt want to give out my full social so she said I could give the last 4 digits and pay 49.99 I said that was fine so i gave her the last four and she took like 20min kept saying let me see, just waiting, then said they couldnt activate it without the full social. I said I didnt want to give it out. I own my own equip. and everything, dont see the problem, some people get activated and they dont ask for a social or at all. So I want to try and again but am wondering if all of this info is going to be in there and it be the same thing.

Did you ever have a previous Dish account? If so they'll probably have that info. However if you started to sign up and didn't complete it, chances are that info is not kept.
