If you are having a 622 install nightmare like I did. Here is how you fix it, quit wasting your time with the CSR's. Tell them you want the cancellation department. They will help you to solve your problem. If not continue up the ladder tell them you want the Corporate Account Specialist. If they can't help you have them get you, a Corporate Account Specialist Supervisor. The buck stops there they will clear it all up and tell you straight up if your 622 is going to happen or not. If not they will make it happen.

After 40 hours on phone with CSR's, all my problems were solved by CASS in 3 phone calls of about 10 minutes total. Really nice lady apologized for all my nightmare. Explained 622 problems they have had. Pretty much let me know the right info. Now a happy DN customer again. Good luck guys.

I didn't go to that extreme, but I found that calling the HD Tech Support guys will also net you an accurate response to billing/equipment upgrade/missing equipment, etc. issues.

This simple approach netted me a DPP LNB and a decent second installer the next day after the first "nightmare" guy was here.
