Although I know it won't make a rats ass bit of difference, the csr insisted. My second R15 locked up for the umpteenth time, none of the buttons on either the box or the remote except for power, had any effect. In other words, I could turn the box on, or off, from either the remote or standing at the box, and that is ALL I could do. Couldn't get to the menu, the guide, nothing. I have to say, this is the WORST POS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this box or D-TV to my worst enemy :nono2: :mad:. Sad thing is, the service itself is great, but the fact that they put this box out, with all the problems we know it has, says very bad things about the company, in my honest opinion.

Amen man, i'm feeling you i'm on my 5th box. now they want to sent a tech out.
My tivo worked allright,my other tv works allright,but they say i got a satilite prob. it's there dime oh so i'll play ther little game.whatever,but i know how you feel man,don't quit calling and complaning, or they'll win.
