Do they upgrade you to Superdish for free if you add-on local channels or do they make you pay the $60?

At this point they make you wait. Several local markets will be moved off some superdishes, so will not be needed once Echostar X is activated.

They told me on the phone that I wouldn't be charged the 60 bucks but they will lie to you just to get your commitment. The next month the charge showed up on my bill and I'm still fighting with them.:nono2:

Seems like their CS reps have a tendency to have poor training and make things up rather then find out the truth, had problems with a DVR upgrade and telling me about pricing and they didn't even install it correctly. Then they told me I should have told the tech what to do, THATS WHY THEY HAVE NOTES. They have a guy coming back out today, hopefully he wont make more holes in my house since they made two already.
