Moving

Can anyone tell me how far in advance do you need to contact DTV if you are moving. I will be moving in about a month and I am not sure when to call them.
Also - do they remove your old dish or give you a new one. Anybody have any experiences with there moving program. Let me know Be kind I am a newbie here

You let them know the day you want your service to stop at your old address...

But if you know when you are going to be at the new address, it is best to call ASAP so you can get the installer scheduled.

They will install a new dish.
