Stop Recording

I got the 622 over the weekend (and new to Dish).

If I have a show recording on TV2 and I am on TV1, is there a way I can stop that recording?

I tried and it gives me an error that that recording is being used or something.

The only way is for me to go in the other room, and stop it from there. Very annoying.

Jane,
If you're in dual mode, I don't believe you can stop a recording sent to TV2 at TV1.
If you set your 622 to single mode, you can still send your recordings to TV2, but you will be able to control them from TV1.
Or, you could change the default location for recordings to TV1, in which case, you could leave the 622 in dual mode, and control the recordings from either TV1 or TV2.
