FEATURE REQUEST: Unlock Channel

I know I can lock a channel so that it always requires a password and can be hidden, but how about a 'unlock channel' feature where a channel is always unlocked no matter what the rating locks are set to?

I set ratings locks on R, NC/17 and NR/AO to 'protect' my kid from the bad stuff. But I'm not worried about the stuff rated as R on some networks (CBS, ABC, PBS, TLC, History, etc).

Maybe I'm a little off on this. Feel free to set me straight.

I just switched from DirecTV and I am having the same problem. DirecTV had an seperate option to block/allow all NR channels apart from the Ratings limit.

Request allow NR programs while still blocking AO and NC-17 from my children.
