Can I spilt my RG6 coming out of my Dish Network receiver that heads to the TV so I can watch the same thing on two TV's? If so which is the best splitter for that?

From the receiver output to the TV? Sure, just about any splitter will do for that.

Another idea is to use the LRV connectors if one of your TVs has them, then use the RG6 to the other.
