On 03/01/06 I called customer non-service to pay my bill and to pay off my MLB package in full.
On 03/14/06 I checked my bill and found that the MLB package had disappeared from the bill and I had received an apparent credit for $106.
I called customer non-service and it baffled the CSR. I guess he didn't have enough fingers,toes and brain cells to comprehend that the $106 for the MLB payoff couldn't be used to pay off the MLB package (he told me it was paid off) and give me a credit.
An email to correct the problem proved to be just as fruitless. Now I'll be billed for both the 2nd and 3rd payment next month.
So much for trying to pay something off when I had a little extra cash.:mad:
