In Picasa from Google is a botton "Export to TIVO(r) DVR"
What purpose is that.

No purpose for the R15 (the subject of this forum). For a standalone Series 2 TiVo (or hacked DirecTV TiVo), it makes the pictures visible to the DVR in "Music and Photos" (or is it "Music and Photos and More" these days?). So long as PC and TiVo can talk to each other on the network, of course.
