Question about the DP34 switch?

Do the output terminals on the DP34 switch that are not being used need to have terminating caps on them?

it would be best if they did to keep moisture out i always install them. seen lots of switchs out there with none i would not leve them open.

Espically if the switch is outdoors for the amount of dust and dirt that could collect in the connection over time then add in moisture with the dirt and that is a major plus for corrision which could possiblly lead to those ports failing and being useless in the future if they are ever needed.
