Just what we need....MORE consolidation (i.e.: monopoly) in the media.

Why not give the satellite spectrum to the broadcasters, and let them supply the free programming, for free, to sat dish owners (notice, I didn't limit that to "subscribers"). Then, allow a few other programmers to supply some independent pay stuff. One man should not be controlling what everyone can see.
