I've be off sick the last two days and have gotten to spend some quality time with my 2 of my R15's. On Wed I woke up an desided to start watching some of the the shows that were on the bedroom unit and noticed that the % free was much higher then I remembered. It had been near in the 70-80% used but now was at 60% used. I checked and there were whole groups of programs missing and at least one group of programs that a couple older episodes where gone. I thought that maybe it had delete things because it got full to make way for other programs. But the stuff it deleted wasn't all the oldest stuff (some of it was only a week or two old) and even if it did hit the 100% full I don't think it would have delete 40% of the show to make free space.
After this happen I went to history to see if any of the shows where in there but since all of them were at least a week old they were not in history (if you delete a program it shows canceled, but it puts it on the date that the program was recorded not the date you delete it). I wasn't a real big deal because most of what it deleted were reruns. But after watching TV for an hour or two I went to check the Todo list to check Wed's and Thur's recordings. What I found was that the New episode of My name is Earl wasn't showing up. So I looked at the history (which I had just looked at an hour or 2 early) and it showed up as CANCELED????? Why did it cancel the recording?? I didn't tell it to. I checked the other R15 in the living room and it did have the show set to record. This is just weird.
Oh, and another wierd thing. I was marking and deleting programs on the R15 in the living room and it ended up not deleting programs that I didn't mark and didn't delete most of the ones I marked. The ones it did delete were near the ones that I marked. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but one of the programs I was deleting was still recording.
