Error code 05B1 - We have had nothing but problems with this model and dish netwok itself from set up, replacing the dvr that did not work with another that did not work. Called and they said had problems with that batch, unplug, wait, then replug. Has worked for a couple months, had storm losing signals, NO POWER SURGE as computer still on. Called, going through same motions over and over with different reps - now sending another and we will return this one. They say if our error we would have to pay. Duh! Haven't done a thing but now losing all our recordings. Nothing but prob;lems with customer service, billing and set up from get go. They can't speak nor read! Had direct tv for over 8 yrs with no prolems but switched because of local channels and Sci Fi. Just letting out steam!
