BBC World on iO but not DirecTV

BBC World has signed there first US carrage deal on i"O digital Cable. What is with DirecTV. This is a great news service which this country needs.

FOX must not want it.

It's possible that has something to do with it not being here but I think there are other channels on DirecTV that go against channels he owns.
