R15 10AF Not Recording

Have had the R15 for three weeks and it partially records or does not record shows that are scheduled for recording (happened with numerous shows). Not recording last nights episode of Lost makes me miss my Phillips Direct TIVo even more.

How can I fix this issue?

The newest update "might" fix this problem but noone knows for sure. It is being released right now and you should have it within the next few days to a week.

For the time being, try recording "Lost" using manual record. Start the recording one minute early, and DEFINITELY record to about 5 minutes past the hour (Lost always runs anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes past the hour).

If you have two tuners (2 cables going into your DVR from the dish), also record "Lost" the way you have been recording it. Once you see that you consistently get BOTH methods recorded you can stop doing the manual record.
