Had DTV come out around XMAS and install the new 5 LNB dish and an H20 in my living room...it ran great until

DTV came out about a month ago and installed a 2nd line for the 2nd tuner on my TIVO I ordered through them (Philips Tivo Unit). Ever since then I have been getting serious reception problems on a few channels. Using the spreadsheet I found in another post I ran some signal strength tests and found a 0 signal at 101 on transponders 19, 25 and 27

I also have local HD channels, none of which are coming in...I have 0's across the board on the applicable 103 transponders...should I just get DTV back out here to check alignment / LNB's. This does happen on both my H20 and the TIVO unit upstairs, so its not the H20 this time thankfully.

Thanks for any help

If they added a line from the DISH they probably had to remove the LNBs from the dish to get access to the multiswitch. After the LNBs were reinserted into the support arm the installer should have checked the signal. That dish is critical enough about aiming that it needs to be repeaked.

If you do anything to the 5-LNB dish, it requires a complete re-alignment.
