can I change between tuners easily?

I have just installed a new R-15. Is there a way to switch between both tuners easily? I need to watch two channels at once

The answer is no there is no easy way and the only time you can use both tuners is when the r-15 records 2 things at once.

What??? How do you think it records one show while you are watching another? Certainly not with just one tuner.

The R15 has TWO tuners. It does record two shows, or records one show while you are watching a second one.

Unlike Tivo, the R15 does not have dual live buffers, and does not have any method by which the user can change or select which tuner they are using. The R15 will automatically use the second tuner when it needs it.
